More About Charles
Charles Raahul Singh grew up in Edmonton, Alberta. After completing a degree in Marketing at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology, Charles was bitten by the theatre bug and moved to Vancouver in the late 90’s to purse acting, studying at the Gastown Actors Studio. Soon after graduation, Charles was in LA screen-testing for a lead role in Universal Pictures’ “The Guru.” He landed a supporting role and was the only actor cast from Canada in the production, which was filmed on location in NYC. Since then, Charles has been in a host of film, TV and stage productions. He has also branched out into writing, directing, and producing independent film projects.
Post-pandemic, Charles decided it was time to embark on a new career in real estate in British Columbia! His broad experience in the film industry has given him the key requirements to succeed as a realtor: strong interpersonal skills, and knowledge about Metro Vancouver’s various neighbourhoods.
Charles sold his first property, a detached listing in the Trout Lake neighbourhood of East Vancouver, in his second month of being licensed! A believer in Quality over Quantity in business, he focuses on being there every step of the way for each client in both buying and selling.
